Be Financial Free exclusively deals in the distribution of Regular Plans of Mutual Fund schemes. We do not distribute or offer Direct Plans. Investors have the option to invest in Direct Plans of Mutual Funds directly through the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or other execution-only platforms, which generally have a lower expense ratio as they do not involve distributor commissions.
As a Mutual Fund Distributor, Be Financial Free earns a trailing commission from the AMCs for the investments routed through our ARN code. This commission is paid out of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) charged by the mutual fund scheme and is not an additional cost charged to you directly by us.
The commission rates vary depending on the AMC, the specific mutual fund category (Equity, Debt, Hybrid, Liquid, etc.), and the scheme. Commissions generally range from 0.10% to 1.50% per annum, depending on the scheme type. Exact commission details for specific schemes can be provided upon request.
In compliance with SEBI regulations, Be Financial Free does not receive any upfront commissions from AMCs. Our compensation is strictly in the form of trailing commissions for as long as you remain invested in the regular plan of the scheme under our ARN.
Be Financial Free does not charge any advisory fees, transaction fees, or hidden charges to its clients. Our revenue is solely derived from the commissions paid by the product manufacturers (AMCs/Insurance Companies/AIFs).
While we earn commissions from AMCs, our recommendations are driven by the suitability of the product for your specific financial goals, risk profile, and investment horizon. We strive to provide objective guidance without bias towards any specific fund house.
